咪蒙,自媒体目前排第一,为什么她可以做的这么好?有2点我觉得是非常重要的:1. 有吸引力的标题,让人愿意打开;2. 内容有料,咪蒙了解受众的需求,有让读者感同身受的故事,有自己鲜明的观点…

 

你猜,如果咪蒙做外贸,她会怎么写邮件

 

1. 有吸引力的标题。

2. 邮件内容。结合自己所做的行业+客户的需求,全面进行剖析了解,在任何时候我们都要超出客人的预期。

 

行业产品研究透彻,拥有大量的素材,本行业巨头都有哪些,竞争对手有哪些,拆分了解产品的各个卖点,用各式各样的表达方式罗列出来,区别于其他竞争对手…..

 

研究各个不同国家(美国,澳大利亚,印度…)对产品的需求,细化到区域,到不同国家客户的性格(德国人严谨,美国人注重效率,日本人注重细节等)、文化(伊斯兰教,犹太教等),不同类型的客户(零售商,终端商,贸易商等),再细化到每个人来跟进客户,掌握谈判的节奏。

 

如果咪蒙做外贸,开发,分析,跟进,谈判,维护,外贸的每一个环节她都会用自己独有的风格结合自己目标客户的需求,妥妥的把客户拿下并让其心甘情愿的留下跟随。

外贸界的咪蒙——JAC老师说,有一种死法叫做见光死,也就是收到客户询盘之后,我们的第一封邮件回复大部分石沉大海,或者开发信一发出去就石沉大海,了无音讯。

 

究其原因我猜有可能是因为,你的邮件太普通了,还停留在简单的回复客户问题的阶段。比如:开发信标题太普通,不够有吸引力,内容千篇一律,客户询盘时,把所有报价单全部发过去,根本就根据客户的需求有针对性的去发开发信或者回复,又或者……

 

在Evas制服黑客追回13万美金的故事中,很多人都说她运气好,遇见的是个有信仰的骗子。其中Evas说到一点是很重要的:我自认我对中文的能力驾驭能力很强,其实我对我英文的驾驭能力也不弱。所以好的表达能力,会说话是一种能力。

 

 

其实在Evas故事中,如果她再专业谨慎一点,和每个客户第一次合作的时候,像JAC老师一样在每封邮件下面写一段话提醒客户,付款时及时通过电话、及时聊天工具、或者传真跟客户保持联系确认,尽可能的去避免呢?

言归正传,做外贸的朋友都知道,邮件一般是由5个部分组成,我想说小细节大学问。

好的表达方式,好的邮件,直接决定你邮件的回复率,是否留住你的老客户,让你事半功倍,抛砖引玉,举一反三为己所用。

邮件5个部分

1. 邮件主题:不可空白不写,要简短,能表明邮件的主要内容及重要性2.开头:称谓+礼貌用语3.正文:简单扼要的说清楚事情,要段落清晰,明确易懂;如具体内容确实很多,正文应只做摘要介绍,然后单独写文件作为附件进行详细描述;附件不宜超过四个,超过四个最好打包压缩;同时邮件一定要记得提示收件人查收附件。4.结尾:问候语、或相应的节日祝福语5.签名档:

1. 签名档一般都应该有姓名,职位,公司名,公司地址,网址,电话,传真,邮件地址;有的还有公司logo, Skype/Whatsapp/ 手机等。

注:Skype/Whatsapp/ 手机等私人信息,一般欧美人是不喜欢加在签名档里的。

Email可以写也可以不写,因为邮件里面就有地址,但是为了客户方便查阅最好写上,另外要注意的就是不要把自己yahoo,gmail, hotmail等私人邮箱都放上。

2. 签名档是不是一定要有?

No. 和客户是非常熟悉的老熟人可不用;手机或Ipad等回复客户时可不用。
